All sales are final.

As each collectible is handcrafted and produced in limited quantities, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review and provide a suitable resolution.

Preorders and made-to-order pieces cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Due to the handcrafted nature of each piece, slight variations may occur and are not considered defects.
